Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated July 24, 2026
Roger is a shared, early-access service running real infrastructure on your behalf. These rules keep it safe and usable for everyone.
Not allowed
- Using Roger to generate, host, or distribute illegal content, or to abuse, harass, or harm others.
- Attempting to access, inspect, or affect another workspace's data, lab, or configuration. Roger and its lab environments are isolated per workspace, and attempts to break that isolation are a violation.
- Attempting to get Roger to build, run, or deploy malicious or arbitrary executable payloads unrelated to your own server's legitimate operation, including malware, exploits, or code intended to affect systems outside your linked lab.
- Attempting to circumvent usage limits, safety controls, or the scope of what Roger's lab access is intended for.
Capacity and reasonable use
Your lab runs in its own sandboxed container, but that container shares underlying infrastructure with other workspaces. Lab provisioning and reply volume are subject to early-access capacity limits, shown in your dashboard's usage line. These limits exist so the service stays reliable while we scale it. Sustained, excessive use that degrades the service for other customers may be throttled even if it hasn't hit a stated cap.
Enforcement
We may suspend or disconnect a workspace that violates this policy, with or without notice depending on severity. Where practical, we'll try to warn you first and give you a chance to correct the behavior. Suspension pauses Roger's operation in your server; it does not automatically cancel your subscription, which you can manage separately from your dashboard.
