Privacy Policy

This page explains what information we collect to run Roger, why we collect it, and how long we keep it.

What we store

• Discord identifiers: your Discord account ID, the ID and name of the server (guild) you connect, and the channels and roles Roger needs to operate there.
• Server profile: the details you give Roger about your Minecraft server (platform, version, host, and similar context) so it can give relevant answers.
• Billing information via Stripe: your subscription status and billing history. Stripe processes your card details directly; we never see or store your card number.
• Conversation content: messages, logs, crash reports, and Spark profiles you share with Roger, and the lab environment linked to your workspace, are processed in order to diagnose problems and produce and test changes for you.

Why we process it

We use this information solely to operate Roger for your workspace: to authenticate you, to answer your technical questions, to run the linked lab, to bill your subscription, and to keep the service secure and within capacity limits.

Data retention

When you delete your workspace from the dashboard, your server profile, uploaded-evidence records, lab artifacts, and tool activity details are purged immediately, and your lab server is stopped and deleted. If a workspace is removed without an explicit deletion (for example, the bot is kicked or a subscription lapses), the same purge runs automatically 30 days later. Billing records and a minimal audit trail (timestamps and event types, not conversation content) are retained as required to operate the service. Residual assistant session context is short-lived and removed on the same schedule. You can request deletion sooner at any time (see below).

Site usage measurement

We measure how this website converts, using our own first-party counters to see which sections get read and where people drop out of signup. No third-party analytics or advertising service is involved, and nothing is shared with one. What we record is an event name from a fixed list, a timestamp, the page path, the host portion of a referring URL, and a random per-tab identifier held in your browser's session storage that disappears when you close the tab. We do not record IP addresses, device fingerprints, or any message content for this purpose. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we don't record at all. These counters are kept for up to 180 days; the ones tied to a workspace are deleted with that workspace.

Who can see it

Your workspace data is used to provide the service to you and is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising. A small number of infrastructure providers (hosting, the underlying model provider, and Stripe for billing) process data on our behalf, under terms that limit them to that purpose.

Deletion on request

You can delete your workspace at any time from the dashboard, or email [email protected] to request deletion of your data. We'll confirm once it's complete.
